First Prize Winner of Design Competition

The original concept was to manifest the organisation of the many departments that make up the “3D Expression” of a corporate building. The design solution was a series of work-stations in hexagonal forms clinging onto a central service cum structural core. Sitting on an upside-down rake-box podium gave SESCo Headquarters a fortress effect.

Photo-control sensors are incorporated into lighting design to control indoor lighting levels and a computer system maximizes the efficiency of air-conditioning system.
